Currently it is believed that approximately one in three people in the UK experience difficulties with stress, or emotional problems at some point in their life. This could be due to bereavement, anxiety, depression, or perhaps problems within your work or relationships. Research suggests that the sooner you seek help with a psychological problem, the easier, and the quicker it will be for you to recover.

I will be happy to discuss this with you and to suggest a plan that is individual to you and your needs.
